Visiting the shelter is a primary condition for adoption.
The ability to download, print, and fill out an application at home to bring with you is merely a convenience. Please understand that filling out the application does not guarantee that there is a Kitty City cat suitable for you.
Adoptions will not be done online, over the phone, or through Facebook. All adoptions are done at the shelter.
As per the adoption agreement, for their own health and safety, Kitty City cats are to be indoor cats only. And, under no circumstances is a Kitty City cat to be maimed by "declawing".
Kitty City Cat Rescue is open for adoptions during the following hours:
10:00-1:00 Mondays
10:00-1:00 Wednesdays
10:00-1:00 Thursdays
10:00-1:00 Saturdays
9:30-12:30 Sundays
Adoption meetings are also available by appointment.

For expediency, an adoption application can be downloaded from this website and submitted to kittycitymacon@gmail.com. No adoption is done without an approved application.
Adoption fee is $140 for one cat and $260 for two cats. Our fee covers spay/neuter, age appropriate FVRCP vaccinations, rabies vaccinations, microchip, and combo testing for FIV/FELV.
